Return Policy
Ranger Outfitters believes that customer satisfaction is a key factor in our success. If you are not satisfied and/or the product does not fit, you may either exchange it for a different product or size or we can give you a refund.
Special Considerations apply for the following:
Approval
All returns must be approved by calling Ranger Outfitters at (607) 542-3882 within 7 days of
receipt of merchandise. You should contact us as soon as possible concerning a return. We
like to take care of our customers in a timely manner. Any returned Items must be returned to
Ranger Outfitters within 30 days of original purchase date in order to receive a refund or exchange.
Clothing
Clothing may be returned as long as they have not been worn, washed, soiled or foul odor. Clothing
also must not show any signs animal dander, hair or animal order. Clothing that have had items sewn on or altered are not
returnable. Custom embroidered or imprinted items are non-refundable and non-refundable items.
This includes any items made for schools or academies since they are special made to order items.
Boots
Boots may be returned as long as they have not been worn outside and not polished. They
must not show any signs of wear or dirt and also be in the condition they left the manufacture
in.
If defective workmanship, the boots must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement.
Misc. Merchandise
Merchandise may be returned as long as they have show no signs of use, washed, soiled or foul odor. Merchandise
also must not show any signs animal dander, hair or animal order.
Embroidered Items
Custom Embroidered Items are non-refundable and non-refundable items
Shipping Cost
Incorrect merchandise that is received by a customer due to a Ranger Outfitters error is refundable. Shipping cost for merchandise ordered by the customer in error is non-refundable.
Any next day service or express shipping is non-refundable.
