Overview

  Ranger Outfitters believes that customer satisfaction is a key factor in our success.  If you are not satisfied and/or the product does not fit, you may either exchange it for a different product or size or we can give you a refund.

 Special Considerations apply for the following:

 Approval

 All returns must be approved by calling Ranger Outfitters at (607) 346-3685 within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  You should contact us as soon as possible concerning a return.  We like to take care of our customers in a timely manner.  Any returned Items must be returned to Ranger Outfitters within 30 days of original purchase date in order to receive a refund or exchange.

 Receipt and Manufacturers Packaging/Tags

 All returned items must be accompanied by the sales receipt, original manufacturer packaging and tags in good condition, that came with the merchandise at the time of sale.

 Clothing

 Clothing items may be returned as long as they have not been worn, washed, soiled or present a foul odor to include cigarette smoke odor.  Clothing also must not show any signs animal dander, hair or animal order.  Clothing items that have had items sewn on or altered are not returnable.  Custom embroidered or imprinted items are non-refundable and non-returnable items.  This includes any items made for schools or academies since they are special made to order items.

Boots

 Boots may be returned within 7 days of purchase as long as they have not been worn outside and not polished.  They must not show any signs of wear or dirt and also be in the condition they left the manufacture in.

If the boots have defective workmanship, and are still within the manufacturer warrantee period, the boots must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement by the customer.

 Misc. Merchandise

 Merchandise may be returned as long as they show no signs of use, washed, soiled or foul odor to include cigarette smoke odor.  Merchandise also must not show any signs animal dander, hair or animal order.

 Embroidered Items

Custom Embroidered Items are non-returnable and non-refundable items

Special Orders

 Any Special Order item is Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

 Clearance Items

 Any merchandise item sold as a clearance or at manufacturer cost is Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
