Bye-Bye Blackfly Insect Repellent
We here at Ranger Outfitters have been using Bye-Bye Blackfly since 2001. Concerned that most insect repellents have deet which is a poison which was an ingredient in Agent Orange, we were thrilled when we found this stuff. Since this is all natural and deet free, you do not have to worry about absorbing or ingesting harmful cancer causing chemicals.
- Repels blackflies, mosquitos, and most other biting insects
- All natural, DEET Free, non-toxic
- Available in a 2.0 oz Tin and a 2.5 oz Twist (similar a deoderant applicator)
- Made in the USA (the Adirondack Mountains of New York State)
- Ingredients:
- Preservative free soybean oil
- Uses Filtered white beeswax for a base
- Five essential oils:
- Cedarwood oil
- Lemongrass oil
- Peppermint oil
- Clove oil
- Citronella oil
Application: Just dapping a bit behind the ears will not work. Cover all exposed skin to include ears, neck, and face. Can also be applied to short hair areas of the head. May need to be reapplied after profuse sweating.
